PalestinePark is a home for every Palestinian — wherever they are in the world — and for every friend of Palestine who, though not Palestinian, carries Palestine in their heart. These are the principles and policies that guide our community, our partnerships, and our promise to one another.
All are welcome regardless of religion, age, sexuality, or background. Every Palestinian — inside Palestine, outside Palestine, or a Friend of Palestine — belongs here.
No boundaries between us. We are one community of Palestinians and friends of Palestine, we innovate side by side, and we make sure no Palestinian is left behind.
Every decision begins with the community. Members support each other through employment, charity, social connection, and shared growth.
We are open about how we work, how memberships and partnerships operate, and how every contribution is used to serve Palestinians.
We grow our community of Palestinians and friends of Palestine through new ideas, startups, and creative solutions across all our sections.
Every member and partner is treated with dignity. Disagreement is met with dialogue, never with exclusion.
Membership is open to Palestinians (inside or outside Palestine) and Friends of Palestine, subject to application approval.
Applications are reviewed by our admin team. Approved members complete their membership payment to gain full access.
Partners are organizations that share our mission. Partner listings and business development are managed transparently.
Members and partners agree to uphold our values. Content or behaviour that violates them may lead to review and removal.
Privacy is respected. Personal information is used only to serve members and is never sold.
Referrals and commissions are tracked openly so members who help grow the community are recognised fairly.

Economic Plan
Our fundamental belief is that every person should be a leader and take responsibility for their actions. This is how we make sure every contribution is valued and rewarded fairly.
Every person gets paid after each completed action. As stated in our core values: after every action comes a reward, and all people are of equal value — no one is higher or lower than anyone else.
We strongly oppose unpaid work or exploitation. We do not accept volunteers or unpaid interns working without compensation. If you want to work voluntarily without payment, you are welcome to do so at other organizations.
At PalestinePark, every action, time contribution, and effort is rewarded. For example, if someone starts as an intern, we register all tasks they perform during their trial period. Once accepted, they receive payment for all completed work and continue to receive fair compensation going forward. This ensures everyone feels valued and sees their contribution recognized.
We have a charity and faith section — a voluntary initiative for those facing financial hardship. If someone cannot afford the regular membership fee due to homelessness, unemployment, or other difficulties, they can join through our charity section. Instead of paying the fee, they contribute their time and skills by working within this section. This way, no one needs to feel disadvantaged — everyone adds value in their own way.
Every task or action generates payment based on value creation. Those who contribute more time or create more value receive higher compensation, while those who contribute less receive proportionally lower compensation.
Before any task is approved for payment, the CEO reviews the work by examining evidence and task descriptions to ensure everything is clearly executed and meets our standards.
Our compensation system is structured as follows:
Payments are processed monthly based on the number of approved tasks completed, approved hours worked, or commission earned during that month.
