How PalestinePark Works

Our Economic Plan, Policies & Values

The Basic Principle

Our fundamental belief is that every person should be a leader and take responsibility for their actions. Therefore, every person gets paid after each completed action.

  • • After every action comes a reward — Every task, time contribution, and effort is recognized and compensated fairly.
  • • All people are of equal value — No one is higher or lower than anyone else — every contribution matters.
  • • No unpaid work — We strongly oppose exploitation. Volunteers and unpaid interns are not accepted here.
  • • Retroactive pay for interns — All tasks during the trial period are registered. Upon acceptance, payment is issued for all completed work.
Core principle: Every task or action generates payment based on value creation. Those who contribute more time or create more value receive higher compensation, while those who contribute less receive proportionally lower compensation.

Before any task is approved for payment, the CEO reviews the work by examining evidence and task descriptions to ensure that everything is clearly executed and meets our standards.

Charity & Faith Section

A voluntary initiative for those facing financial hardship. If someone cannot afford the regular membership fee due to homelessness, unemployment, or other financial difficulties, they can join through our charity section. Instead of paying the membership fee, participants contribute their time and skills by working within this section. This way, no one needs to feel disadvantaged — everyone adds value in their own way.

Community Fund — Financial Support

Every member who pays their membership fee regularly can receive financial support for various needs.

  • Wedding expenses
  • Medical or sickness-related costs
  • Other personal needs

Business & startup support

  1. Plan with your life coach & business developer in Innovation Weeks
  2. Determine the payout date together
  3. Attend the Innovation Weeks program
